Terms and conditions
Product: The product is ValetManagerSolo.
Client: A sole trader or limited company providing automotive services into trade or retail customers.
Suppler: The supplier is Valet Manager Ltd. and sold via our technology partner, Alpha Systems Consultants Ltd.
Payment terms: The product is invoiced at the start of a month for service during that month. The supplier reserves the right to withdraw service if payment is not made in good time during the month.
System ownership: The product is owned by the supplier, and the client has no right of ownership or intellectual property of the service.
Data ownership: The client has ownership of their user and job data in the system.
Privacy: The supplier does not distribute any personal or business information about it's clients or users.
Fair use: ValetManagerSolo is made available under fair use terms but does not impose usage limits in general, assuming the client does not have an excessive number of jobs per day per user account beyond typical industry usage.
Availability: The supplier aims to provide the product 24/7, however, actual server availability can be outside of the suppliers control, for example data centre outages. The suppler is not responsible for any loss of business in such circumstances.
